With the rapid expansion of the Byron & Harold business and the introduction of Moss Brothers, the business employed Rory Parks to strengthen the existing team. This role is a new one which is across all areas of viticulture, winemaking, and production.
Rory always had an interest in agriculture. After working in the vineyard during a summer holiday, he decided to pursue viticulture and oenology. The science of winemaking got him hooked, loving the way it combined agriculture and science with the artistic side of wine production.
He possesses a wealth of industry experience, producing a broad cross range of wines on a commercial and
small batch scale. Rory finds his role exciting, challenging, and demanding, but also extremely rewarding, as he couldn’t be prouder of the wines
that the team produce.
