Shipping is a flat rate of $20.00 Australia-wide. All prices include 10% GST.
Please allow up to 14 business days for your wine order to arrive. If your order does not arrive within this time please email us at info@byronandharold.com.au or call +61 408 914 836. If you are a member of the Byron and Harold Club, log in to your account to access your shipping benefits.


Order Tracking

If you provide your email address you will be able to receive tracking notifications from Australia Post.

With all deliveries, a signature is required. Without one, a calling card will be left in your absence to collect your wine from Australia Post. Byron and Harold do not accept responsibility for any goods left unattended.

Currently, we don't offer international shipping, however, we're happy for you to, contact us to find out more.

SHIPPING DAMAGES & RETURNS

If your wine does not arrive within 21 working days of your order being received please email info@byronandharold.com.au or call +61 408 914 836.

On the rare occasion that incorrect goods are delivered, shipping damages are incurred or your wine does not arrive in a satisfactory condition, we will fully refund or replace the bottles concerned, including return shipping costs, providing they are returned unopened within one month of delivery.

Byron & Harold wines are dispatched from their Margaret River Warehouse. If you have any problems with delivery please get in touch with us.

It is the responsibility of the customer to check wine upon delivery and confirm condition. We will replace or refund your order if the wrong wines have been sent or damaged in the delivery process. We need to be notified of this within 5 days of your purchase arriving.
