Domestic shipping cost | We ship all orders via Australia Post's normal postal service. The minimum order quantity is 6 bottles and a flat delivery fee of $20 applies. At this time we only ship goods within Australia.
Order processing time | All orders will be processed and shipped within 10 working days. However, please keep in mind that sometimes postage can take up to 20 working days.
Return policy | It is the responsibility of the customer to check the wine upon delivery and confirm the condition. We will replace or refund your order if the wrong wines have been sent or damaged in the delivery process. We need to be notified within 5 days of your purchase.
Shipping times | From Western Australia to the East Coast we suggest that people allow 2-3 weeks shipping time. Within Australia, please allow up to 10 days.
