Intense flavours of ripe red berries, supported by soft acidity and fine, dusty tannins, leading to a long, savoury finish.

Slow-cooked beef short ribs or smoky BBQ pork ribs
WINEMAKING
The fruit was selectively harvested in the cool hours of early morning. Upon arrival at the winery, it was delicately crushed into a combination of static and open fermenters, with many whole berries still intact. Fermentation was initiated with a cultured yeast, and the must was pumped over two to three times daily to promote aeration and extract colour, flavour and tannins. After pressing, the wine was racked to French oak barriques, where it matured gracefully until July 2025. It was then racked and blended in tank in preparation for bottling.
